But by some SF fan artists who's work we very much admire. I often get letters from the web site stating how many people think our our is the greatest Sf fan art on the WWW. We'll hell yeah! we like it, but there are many other talented individuals who are making fantastic SF Fan art just as good as our stuff. You just have to look real hard to find the real talent amongst the thousands of rendered 3D Fan art creations out there.
I never seen a 3D fan pic I havn't liked! Anyone who spends time and care no matter what art package they use can create a 3D masterpiece. I've seen people use small 3D/2D art packages that cost several hundred dollars turn out work that looks like its produced on SGI workstations.
Above are four of my favorite SF fan artists who's work ranges across all the major SF shows and films. The Galleries here are small examples of their work, placed here to wet your appetite to see more work from these guys on their actual web-sites. I personnally recommend all the above artists websites as being some of the best examples of their type. And just as worthy of a browse as Wolf359.
Perhaps these galleries are proof that along with the wolfpak many other artists on the internet are producing Sf fan art to the highest quality and in some ways are even rivaling the very SF shows and films we emulate, for production qulaity and design. Except we are using home computers very similar to most high-end home PC's most people use for spread sheets or games!.
How long before the work of the fans is emulated by the shows and films?
